Commercial

Facility management, anything from repairing a roof through to creating new offices and space in the office environment, we do pro active as well as reactive works and our quick response time and availability are one of our strengths, we work out of hours to accommodate the busy schedules of the offices we work in and have good experience of supplying a service when disruption is kept to a minimum, we have worked in the financial sector and worked on some high security projects where our credibility is beyond reproach.

Social Housing, we currently look after a stock of 3700 houses for a housing association, looking after the day to day maintenance and void works required, working inside of a tenant satisfaction Association budget cost formula, giving a cost efficient service with customer satisfaction in mind.

Domestic

We carryout general building works for our customers, ranging from ground works through to the decoration, a complete service including the plumbing heating and electrics.

Specialist

We have carried out over many years specialist works in the Oxford colleges and local churches, the services we supply include Lime plastering/rendering and restoration work. We have carried out in conjunction with Knowles & Son Ltd many restoration projects keeping to exacting standards and time schedules.
